9x13 Pan

6 cup {1422 g}

water

1/2 cup {100 g}

sugar

1 1/2 TBL {18 g}

agar agar

300 ml {309 g} 1

can condensed milk

1 1/2 TBL {19 g}

almond extract

Boil water. While waiting for water to come to a boil, combine sugar and agar agar and stir to combine.

When water comes to boil, reduce heat and add sugar and agar agar mix.

Cook for 5 min, stir occasionally.

Add condensed milk and almond extract.

Stir to mix well.

Pour into pan and chill.

Add:

large cans fruit cocktail

250 ml {250 g}

water

100 ml {135 g}

simple syrup
