Apple Walnut Cake

Ingredients

2 cup {250 g}

flour

1/2 cup {100 g}

white sugar

3/4 cup {109 g}

brown sugar

1 TBL {5.4 g}

cocoa

1 tsp {4.6 g}

baking soda

1 TBL {6.9 g}

cinnamon

1/2 tsp {1.1 g}

nutmeg

{150 g} 3

eggs

1 cup {216 g}

peanut or vegetable oil

3 cup {375 g}

pared, diced apples

100 g

walnuts

2 cup {290 g}

raisins

Glaze:

1 1/4 cup {150 g}

powdered sugar

1 TBL {14 g}

butter, melted

2 TBL {30 g}

milk, or as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Mix together dry ingredients in mixer, add eggs one at a time, followed by oil.

Add 1 cup of the apples and mix well.

Stir in by hand the remaining apples, nuts, and raisins.

Bake in greased, floured bundt pan for 1 hour.

Turn out of pan and allow to cool.

Mix together glaze ingredients and pour over cake.
