  1. flank steak

1/2 cup {108 g}

olive oil

1/2 cup {118 g}

white wine

{12 g} 4

garlic cloves, minced

2 TBL {7.0 g}

Dijon mustard

{75 g} 3

green onions, sliced finely

1/2 cup {127 g}

light soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak (in a shallow dish or in a ziplock bag). Let it marinade a minimum of 3 hours to overnight.

Remove from marinade and place on a hot bbq and grill for about 3-5 min. per side depending on thickness of steak. Let it rest for at least 20 min. before slicing against the grain.
