Baked or BBQ Potatoes
Soak or brush potatoes with well salted water.
Roast or BBQ over indirect heat (center off, two sides on high or medium high) at 425F/218C for 50-70 min, until potatoes are at 205F/96C, turning once.
Brush with vegetable oil and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.
