Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
sour cream (125 ml) |

mayonnaise (125 ml) |

crumble blue cheese (60 ml) |
|
handful chopped parsley, optional |
|
Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste |

hot sauce, to taste |
Directions
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir in the blue cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
