454 g / 1 lb

of semi frozen bacon cut into small chunks.

908 g / 2 lb

of ground beef

1/2 tsp {1.3 g}

pepper

0 g

salt (-1tsp-)

worcestshire

Mix meat together, thoroughly but gently, making sure not to melt bacon fat too quickly.Form into 9 burgers each approx 1/2 cm thick.

Chill/Freeze to set.

Pan fry at medium,medium low heat for 12 minutes or until done. Have not tried grill.

Note

2014/07+ Adding salt is not necessary, bacon is salty is enough. A little thinner , might be better, try not to overcook too much…. Grill cooking might result in burned burgers, be careful.
