of semi frozen bacon cut into small chunks. |

salt (-1tsp-) |
worcestshire
Mix meat together, thoroughly but gently, making sure not to melt bacon fat too quickly.Form into 9 burgers each approx 1/2 cm thick.
Chill/Freeze to set.
Pan fry at medium,medium low heat for 12 minutes or until done. Have not tried grill.

2014/07+ Adding salt is not necessary, bacon is salty is enough. A little thinner , might be better, try not to overcook too much…. Grill cooking might result in burned burgers, be careful. |
