Caesar Dressing

Cut anchovies into small pieces with fork Grate garlic with microplane Add all ingredients except olive oil into bowl/jar and blend using stick mixer.
Slowly add olive oil to form emulsion while blending.
Use 1-2 leaves/person for salad, add croutons, bacon and extra parmesan to taste.
