ripe avocados, each sliced into about 10 pieces

english cucumber, seeded, sliced very thin length wise

smallest pkg roe (freeze extra, or use for Siu My)

sesame seeds for sprinkling

- Wash and rinse rice 3-5 times, to remove excess starch.

Add rice and water to cooker, let sit for 3o minutes before start of cooking.

When rice is done, place in large non-reactive container with fan running and add vinegar/sugar/salt/mirin mixture and mix thoroughly, slicing, not mushing the rice.

Cool to room temp before use.

Place triangle of rice on angle on nori sheet. Indent, add roe and rest of filling ingredients.

Roll up into cone, use a few small grains to prevent unwrapping.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds if desired on top.

Eat immediately, storing too long will cause nori to get "chewy".
