160 - 180 ml {165-186 g}

milk/cream

Mix dry ingredients in a food processor, pulse until mostly large bread crumbs, with a few pea sized items. Pulse in cheese when almost done.

Add milk/cream and mix lightly until held together but slightly tacky, roll out using, parchment on top/bottom to prevent sticking, don’t add too much flour to prevent sticking, should be tacky. If too soft, put into fridge to firm up.

Roll into 1/2- 1 inch thick slab, cut into squares.

Bake on sheet pan at 450F/232C for 10-12 minutes, until tops are lightly browned.

If on BBQ, bake on double sheet pan with foil ball spacers to prevent burning bottom, roll to about ? inch so it cooks quicker.
