Chocolate Mousse
Melt chocolate in 1L microwave safe bowl, then add boiling water and mix thoroughly.

In clean bowl beat until foamy
egg whites(L) |
Slowly add and whip until medium firm peaks, reserve into very large bowl and cover.

In same bowl, mix whipped cream until firm peaks.

Fold small potion of egg whites into chocolate mixture, then add to rest of egg whites. Folding carefully.
Add 1/4 whipped cream into mixture then fold in rest of whipped cream.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
