Should consider serving food in small bowls instead of large casseroles.
We can keep everything covered and warm in the warming tray once the turkey is out and being carved.
We can also use chafing dishes to keep everything warm until the last minute.

Stuffing 2boxes/3boxes left over.
Cranberry sauce 1L/2L left.
Miso soup 1/3left from 10L. - Silken tofu should be used not firm, less wakame, more soup.
Mac n cheese 1/4 left from 1.5lb dry pasta recipe.
Bihon - 2 pks/ 2/3 pkg left.

Costco pumpkin pie 2/3 left (most eaten dessert).
Jello Cocktail 3/4 jello left from 2 boxes jello+1600ml canned fruit.
Almond Dessert Cocktail 3/4 almond jello left from recipe using 800ml canned fruit.
Yule Log II 3-4 slices cake left.

Misc Notes
Butterball turkey parts were fine, despite Christine’s earlier concerns.
Corn pudding 80 minutes in blue casserole 1 recipe but 750ml corn + 1 extra can of creamed corn.
Mac-n-cheese 45-60 minutes in clear casserole. More cheese in center layer, creates more gooey strings.
We should cook these to be ready right at 6:00, if we are using Mom’s oven.
Use smaller dishes for everything so that they can be shared easily up and down the table.
We can even put the small dishes in the steam trays to keep them warm.
Turkey was served in 4 plates, we can increase that to 5, but I think 3-4 dishes of each item is almost ideal.
This will probably also decrease cooking/heating times slightly
Brussels sprouts cooked in two batches in largest pan Christine has, 6.5 to start sear, steamed with 1/4 cup water, then dried. Bacon crisped up at the end and spread on top. Maybe forego oven baking at beginning, and just cut up bakon to crisp up pieces earlier in the day. Spread bacon on top at last minute.
Miso soup was closer to stew than soup. Tofu was the wrong consistency should use silken, too much wakame. Not enough soup. Broth was good, but not enough miso and hence salt.
Probably over kill to make cake and cookies.
Thinner frosting in the cake, not so much buttercream
