Cinnamon Spice Cookies

Bake 350 F/176C 11 m fresh, 15-20m frozen,

Cream together

224 g / 2 sticks

Butter, cubed

160 g

Brown sugar

Add and blend

{50 g} 1

egg

115 g

molasses

Sift the following and blend

300 g

flour

1/2 tsp {3.0 g}

salt

3 TBL {21 g}

cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp {3.2 g}

Ground cloves

1 1/2 tsp {2.7 g}

Ground ginger

1 1/4 tsp {5.8 g}

Baking soda

Make a 1" diameter ball, by scooping with a "normal" disher and divide into 2 pieces before rolling into ball.

Optionally coat each ball in white sugar. Bake or freeze.
