Craquelin

Blend together till uniform.
Roll out thinly to 2mm between two sheets parchment then freeze flat ~15 min.
Cutout circles as required.
Place on cream puffs and bake. Cream puffs will be more flattened so leave large space between puffs. Diameter of craquelin should not exceed diameter of puff.
