- Mix all ingredients until smooth. Approx 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 8 even pieces and form into balls.
Cover and let dough rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat thick or cast iron frying pan to medium or medium low heat.
Roll out tortilla into 15-20cm round between plastic/split ziploc bag. Transfer to parchment, by peeling one side, placing parchment on top, then flipping and then peeling the other side.
Place into frying pan, cook for 30 secs then peel parchment and cook until brown spots/bubbles appear.
Flip and press down with dry clean towel to flatten bubbles.
Cook until brown/spots bubbles appear.
Place in a covered container to prevent them from drying out. —
