Ginger Carrot Dressing

med/ 240 g Carrots, chopped

{19 g} 1/2

med / 180 g Onion

1/2 TBL {3.0 g}

Grated ginger

120 ml {118 g}

Japanese rice vinegar

60 ml {59 g}

Soy sauce

1 TBL {12 g}

sugar

1/2 tsp {3.0 g}

salt

240 ml / 216 g

oil

Place all ingredients in a blender process for 1 minute until it becomes a smooth paste.
