ribs celery, finely diced

sm. carrot, finely diced

pickle, finely diced

red pepper, finely diced (roasted opt. )

raw minced onion/ dehyrdated flakes

250 ml {232 g}

mayonnaise

1 1/2 TBL {19 g}

sugar

2 TBL {30 g}

vinegar

1 tsp {6.0 g}

table salt

1/2 tsp {1.3 g}

pepper

1/2 tsp {1.6 g}

dry mustard

Cook until true al-dente/slightly under in 1% 10 g/L salted water, macaroni will soften overnight.

Mix all ingredients, let sit overnight to let flavours meld.
