bag 500gm Tortilla chips

{27 g} 1

container Canned Chill, opened and warmed in microwave.

125 ml {4.0 g} / 1/2

up salsa, opened and warmed in microwave.

{182 g} 1

small Tomato, chopped

{24 g} 2

small Green onions, sliced

2 TBL {17 g}

Canned Jalapeno peppers

125 g

cheddar cheese, grated

100 ml {105 g}

Sour cream.

On a baking sheet/tray line with parchment paper (NOT WAX PAPER) or tin foil.

Spread chips onto tray evenly and thinly. (The idea behind this is that you want toppings with each chip, typically in restaurants you have more chips then toppings, and only

Sprinkle about 1/2 an of chilli evenly on top chips.

Sprinkle about 1/2 up of salsa evenly on top of chips.

Sprinkle tomatoes on evenly top of chips.

Place sour cream in plastic bag, cut corner off (2mm) and squeeze sour cream over everything.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Sprinkle onions and jalapeno on top of cheese.

Put in oven with broiler on for a couple of minutes, Just keep looking and take out when cheese is melted and some of the chips are beginning to brown. 2-10 minutes depending on the strength of the broiler.

(You can prepare the nachos in advance(not too far or the nachos will get soft and mushy), start broiling when people arrive and serve to people while they wait for the rest of the meal to be ready.) —
