Nigellas Chocolate Loaf cake

30m @ 375F/190C, 15m @ 340F/171C

2 sticks {227 g}

butter

250 g

dark brown sugar

{100 g} 2

large eggs

1 tsp {4.3 g}

vanilla extract

100 g

chocolate

200 g

flour

1 tsp {4.6 g}

baking soda

250 ml {250 g}

boiling water

- Cream sugar and butter.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Fold in melted chocolate. 60-90 seconds in microwave.

Add flour,mix.

Slowly add in boiling water until you have nice liquid batter.

Pour into lined loaf tin.

Bake 30m @ 375F/190C, turn oven to 340F/171C cook for 15m longer.

Cake tester will not come out complete clean, cake will be squidgy inside.

Let cool completely (day before). Slice.
