In large pot, melt over medium low heat

butter

2 TBL {27 g}

olive oil

Add and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium low heat until fragrant

red pepper flakes

Add and cook over low- medium-low heat unti reduced by half ( 1-2 hours)

tomatoes, blended with hand mixer

onion, halved

Season to taste with salt. Freeze for 3 months or store for 2 weeks in fridge.
