Planked Salmon
Brining for 10 minutes in a 10% brine will help prevent white albumin from forming.
Season plank (if not brined). Add salmon, skin side down. Season top of salmon (if not brined).
Add aromatics, e.g. dill, lemon on top.
Turn down to medium, add planked salmon. Cook for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily, and barely opaque.
Serve.
