In same bowl mix:

Return reserved dry ingredients to bowl and fold gently until blended.

Portion into 6 lined muffin cups with disher.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F/204C.
Fruit Muffins
Add
of fruit, |
Roast fruit if less liquid desired. Toss fruit in flour prior to adding.
Jam Muffins
Place half of batter into all cups.
Add 1 to 1 1/2 tsp of jam into each muffin, Cover with remaining batter.
