Brown sausage over medium heat in very large pot, with a little oil. Reserve.

Meanwhile par cook potatoes in microwave until softened. (~5/600g min high)

With heat set to high add 1 cup water to pot and bring to a boil then add:

Cover and bring to full steam, then start timer for 7 minutes.

Add:

steam for another 7 minutes, shake periodically to ensure shrimp is cooked evenly.

Arrange on tray, split lobster,tails and crack claws.
