Enough for 12 doughnuts Warm glaze in microwave if necessary. Glaze doughnuts warm. Let dry for 10-15 minutes.

350 g

confectioners sugar

1 1/2 tsp {10 g}

light corn syrup/golden syrup

1/4 tsp {0.7 g}

salt

1/2 tsp {2.2 g}

vanillla extract. (careful not to add too much)

90 ml {93 g}

hot water, milk or intense milkchai if making chai doughnuts.
