Soy Stewed Pigs Feet

pigs feet cut at least in half lengthwise or in quarters preferably for ease of eating

6 cup {1422 g}

water

2 cup {510 g}

soy sauce

Combine everything making sure the pigs feet are all submerged and they are separated (they may still stick together after the butcher cuts them) into the pressure cooker.

Bring pressure cooker up to pressure on high and then lower temperature to low and cook at pressure for 20mins.

Release pressure and using a slotted spoon remove the feet. Serve immediately.

Reserve liquid for making soy stewed eggs.
