Spicy Asian Chicken Wings with Garlic and Oyster Sauce 
Marinate at least overnight:
chicken wings |

oyster sauce (~3% salt) |
|
garlic powder |
|
chilli flakes |
BBQ wings over medium heat until they release naturally.
Continue to BBQ until golden ~20-30 m.
