Steamed Eggs
Faster than boiling, since you only need to steam a little amount of water.
Build up a good head of steam on the steamer.
Steam, for desired time, then immediately put eggs into ice water bath to stop them cooking.
Use 50ml/min water for steaming.

Soft yolk in the middle - 9 minutes (nice)

Dark, but cooked yolk in the middle -10 minutes

Hard yolk in the middle - 11 minutes
