Stuffing Waffles

{200 g} Makes 4

waffles from griddler

{35 g} 1

pkg uncle bens stuffing mix

2 TBL {28 g}

butter

225 ml {262 g}

hot water/stock

{50 g} 1

egg

Optional:

{30 g} 1

slice white bread, pulverized.

25 - 50 ml {29-58 g}

hot water/stock

Heat griddler to 400F/204C.

Oil bottom generously, add all off stuffing, spread evenly.

Oil top, close and cook for 8 minutes.

Remove, top with sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. Serve vegetables on side.

Note	2015-10-15 There isn’t enough stuffing to fill the entire griddler plus It’s a little salty, adding bread and water may help
