Chocolate balls that really melt in your mouth. Everyone loves chocolate balls, the secret to the perfect chocolate balls is to use really good cocoa and espresso coffee. This quick and easy recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make and will be best if they are left in the fridge for a while before serving them. Best to roll them in coconut, preferably organic

100 g

of soft butter

1 1/2 cup {300 g}

granulated sugar

300 mL {297 g}

oatmeal

1 tsp {4.3 g}

vanilla

3 TBL {0.0 g}

cocoa of good quality

2 TBL {30 g}

cold espresso coffee (regular coffee also works)

coconut flakes

DO THIS Mix butter, sugar and oatmeal in a bowl.

Mix in vanilla and cocoa, add the last cold coffee.

Shape the chocolate balls into small balls and roll in coconut. Store the chocolate balls in the refrigerator.
