Sweet Sticky Rice with Longan

dried longan

2 cup {472 g}

rice wine or just water

2 cup {0.0 g}

sweet rice (glutinous)

honey or brown sugar

Soak longans in the rice wine or water until soft - reserve liquid Wash and then soak rice with the liquid used for soaking longans overnight

Place rice and liquid into rice cooker and set on sweet rice setting.

Once rice is cooked, add the longans and sugar or honey while still warm and mix all together.
