Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks

1/2 cup {125 g}

plain greek yogurt or strained regular yogurt

1/2

lemon juiced

2 TBL {13 g}

tandoori spice

1 lb {454 g}

chicken drumsticks (4-5 skin removed)

Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and tandoori spice all together. Set aside

Slash the chicken drumsticks a few times on an angle across the meat on all sides and then place into a container (or ziplock bag). Add the marinade and smush it around making sure the marinade gets into the slits too.

Marinate for 8-24 hours.

Remove the marinade from the chicken and cook on a hot grill.
