Tasty Potatoes
Boil yukon gold cut into 2-3 cm pieces until done in salted water (approx 30-40 minutes.) Drain well but carefully as potatoes are soft, coat with pork fat / lamb fat/olive oil, add pepper & rosemary.
Roast for 20-30 minutes until browned in 400F/204C oven or with broiler on middle rack.
