Tempura Dipping Sauce

water

1 TBL {12 g}

dashi granules

1/4 cup

mirin (Japanese sweet wine)

2 TBL {29 g}

soy sauce

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in dashi, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mirin and soy sauce.
