BBQ Preheat BBQ to 500, medium high - high heat 20-30 minutes Sprinkle a little salt on parchment on 1/2 sheet pan Place salmon on salt, folding salmon if necessary to maintain even thickness.

Glaze top with teriyaki.

Turn BBQ to medium-medium low, bake covered for 9 minutes or until it looks almost done. Place in cold oven and let carry-over cooking work for 10 minutes.

Serve.

Oven

Preheat oven to Hi Broil with rack on 1 up from Middle.

Cut salmon fillet into individual portions, results in cleaner looking portions.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, 2/3 of the time without teriyaki glaze, 1/3 time with. Monitor closely so it doesn’t burn.
