Add to piping bag and pipe 3" diameter donuts on parchment paper squares.
Add to 350F/176C oil, paper side up, remove paper after a few seconds or able.
fry until floating, and cracks start to appear ~30 seconds flip and fry for a minute or two until it "opens up" flip and fry for 1 minute longer
