White Barbecue Sauce

mayonnaise

water

1/4 cup {60 g}

white wine vinegar

1 TBL {8.7 g}

coarsely ground pepper

1 TBL {7.6 g}

Creole mustard or whole grain dijon mustard

1 tsp {4.7 g}

salt

1 tsp {4.2 g}

sugar

garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp {10 g}

prepared horseradish

Whisk together all ingredients until blended.

Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
