2015/07/11 - Initial trial Onion Ring recipe is greasy. Culprits are too low temp, too liquidy, (added extra water). Much better recipe is Crispy Onion Rings stays crispy for a very long time. Quantities are not enough though. Recipe as it stands only makes enought for aobut 4. Best sauce combinations
Sauce use is closer to 1 tsp per 25g sandwich. |
