Onion Ring recipe is greasy. Culprits are too low temp, too liquidy, (added extra water).

Much better recipe is Crispy Onion Rings stays crispy for a very long time. Quantities are not enough though. Recipe as it stands only makes enought for aobut 4.

Best sauce combinations

  • WhiskyBurbon + Pickled Apples

  • Smokey Hoisin + cucumber/daikon/carrot

  • North Carolina pepper sauce. Also really good with the greasy onion rings.

Sauce use is closer to 1 tsp per 25g sandwich.

Most people prefer smaller 25g buns so its easier to sample.

Make a few large ones for Arthur.
